Ingredients
For the prawns:
2 Spring onions
3 Garlic cloves
1 Medium Tomato
1 tsp Chilli Puree
1 tsp Ginger Puree
2 Peppers (yellow and green)
20 Raw King Prawns
2 tsp All-purpose seasonings
For the sauce:
3 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Method
- Chop all vegetables into small, cubed pieces.
- Heat oil in a frying pan or wok. Stir fry vegetables with garlic, ginger and chilli puree until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add in Buzzrocks all-purpose seasoning
- Add in the King prawns and continue to stir into the vegetables and spices. Cook until prawns are no longer translucent.
- Add in soy sauce, honey and sweet chilli to make the sauce.
- Serve with rice or noodles
