Recipe: Sweet Chilli Prawns


For the prawns:

2 Spring onions
3 Garlic cloves
1 Medium Tomato
1 tsp Chilli Puree
1 tsp Ginger Puree
2 Peppers (yellow and green)
20 Raw King Prawns
2 tsp All-purpose seasonings

For the sauce:

3 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce


  1. Chop all vegetables into small, cubed pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok. Stir fry vegetables with garlic, ginger and chilli puree until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add in Buzzrocks all-purpose seasoning
  3. Add in the King prawns and continue to stir into the vegetables and spices. Cook until prawns are no longer translucent.
  4. Add in soy sauce, honey and sweet chilli to make the sauce.
  5. Serve with rice or noodles
