That’s right, you heard us correctly. The third in our Summer Recipe Series is a recipe for mouthwatering Ajeen Jerk BBQ Lamb Ribs. Our bellies are grumbling already!
5lbs lamb ribs
3tbsp Buzzrocks Jerk BBQ Sauce
1tbsp red chili pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves
1oz grated ginger
2 chopped onions
2tbsp olive oil
1oz spring fresh basil
Salt and Pepper
Wash and season lamb with salt and pepper.
Fill a large pot with water and add the lamb, then bring to the boil. Add more salt and pepper to water if necessary. Allow lamb rib to boil for 45 min or until tender.
Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a large mixing bowl.
Dip marinated lamb in sauce and place lamb on BBQ grill and allow to cook for 5-8 min or until lightly brown. Optionally, add Buzzrocks All-Purpose seasoning during grilling for taste.
Pour the remaining sauce into a saucepan and cook slowly for 5 min, then serve as a side with the lamb alongside rice.
