Last month, we collaborated with the excellent Edible Bible on a fantastic new recipe featuring our jerk marinade.
Here at Buzzrocks, we are always experimenting with new food ideas, seeking to create bold new flavours through our products. That’s why we collaborated with food blogger Edible Bible to create a Jerk and Red Stripe Chicken Burger using the beloved Buzzrocks Marinade.

Recipe:
400g Chicken Breast, diced
2 Burger Buns,
Buzzrocks Original Jerk Marinade
Buzzrocks All-Purpose Seasoning
Cheddar cheese, cut into slices
Iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
All-Purpose Flour
Can of Red Stripe, 250ml
Method:
Place diced chicken in a container and add approx. half a can of Red Stripe and 2/3 tbsp. of Buzzrocks Original Jerk Marinade. Set aside in the fridge.
Mix Buzzrocks All-Purpose Seasoning with flour in a container.
Add the chicken to the flour mixture and mix until coated.
Heat oil in a pan, then add chicken and fry until deep brown and cooked through.
Chop lettuce and cheese and toast buns ready for the chicken.
Assemble the burger, then top with Buzzrocks BBQ Jerk Sauce.
